Sheet music for CBA
Here is small collection of sheet music fingered for B-system chromatic button accordion.
Most of these arrangements are my own, others are rewrites or reworks of piano accordion arrangements.
Before You use this material carefully read these terms and rules!
- Included fingering is only for B-system CBA.
- Included fingering is what page author uses for playing these tunes.
- Included fingering is only one possible fingering and may not be suitable for everyone.
- Author tries to keep human error level at minimum, but errors do creep in, You are warned!
- If errors are found, page author sometimes revises material and post updates without notice - check updates regularly!
- These arrangements are freely available, but compositions or source materials on which these arrangements are derived from, may not be in public domain or freely available.
- Before performing publicly or recording do Your own research!
- All arrangements are categorized by overall difficulty level.
- All this material is provided as/is in hope that it may help those who are beginners and give them general idea about some CBA fingering possibilities.
Difficulty levels are marked with colors
- Easy
- Simple and short tunes with simple harmony, or longer tunes with simple short melody + some variations.
- Mostly single note melody with occasional easy chords.
- Overall tempos are not very fast and passages or ornaments are short and easy to play.
- This category contains pieces which are suitable for absolute beginners and intermediate beginners.
- Pieces in this category can be played on three row instrument.

- Medium
- Still mostly simple melodies with more complex harmony, but tunes may be longer with multible parts or with more complex variations.
- Melodies may contain more chords or passages with intervals.
- Overall tempos are faster, ornaments and passages are faster, rhythms are more complex
- Suitable for intermediate players or seasoned and serious beginner players.
- Pieces in this category can be played on three row instrument.

- Mixed
- Pieces in this category are generally at same level as Medium category pieces.
- Increased difficulty comes from individual ornaments, complex passages or some complex chords.
- If interested player is really serious, pieces from this category can be treated as Medium level.
- Pieces in this category can be played on three row instrument.

- Fast tempos.
- Melodies with big chords or intervals, polyphony.
- Difficult bass parts.
- Long pieces with multible parts or movements.
- Don't start from this category!
- Not all pieces from this category can be played on three row instrument.
